About the event
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) reveals the relationship between beliefs, thoughts and feelings and the behaviours that follow. Through CBT, clients learn that their perceptions directly influence how they respond to specific situations - a person’s thought process informs their behaviours and actions. This training will bring participants through an introduction to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) with a focus on supporting youth and children with special needs.
