About the event
Previously known as Drama & Movement Therapy, a premium, neuroscience-informed workshop that integrates Artistic Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Awareness, movement, rhythm, sound, metaphor and embodied regulation to support emotional wellbeing.
This workshop is designed as a contemporary, practice-based learning experience for professionals who are ready to move beyond talk-based interventions and work more intentionally with the body-mind system.
